Expecting mothers go through many changes as their bodies prepare for childbirth. A great method for managing these changes and aches is with massage. The expecting mother will have plenty of pillows to remain comfortable during her treatment. 

Mindfulness Meditation

The Mindful Based Stress Reduction technique is a combination of light stretching and focusing on being in the present moment. Individuals have felt a sense of calmness and oneness after a session. There is no incorrect way to meditate. This class will be offered starting in May, 2018 and open to all with private and small group instruction.  

MBSR Body Scan

The Body Scan meditation helps individuals focus on each part of the body, practicing awareness and mindfulness with one's body. Many stated that this helps to understand what the body needs and doesn't need to thrive.  This class will be offered starting in May, 2018 and open to all with private and small group instruction.

Cupping therapy is a pain-free practice of loosening muscles, encouraging blood flow, and removing waste from the body. Cupping has also been used for pain management and the reduction of the appearance of cellulite.
