For those that would just like weekly check-ins via email. This will give you an opportunity to ask questions about cooking, planning, habits, progress, etc. The initial set-up fee is for comprehensive intake and evaluation for those that would like to focus strictly on nutrition.

Weekly Wellness coaching

For those that would like to explore more in-depth the details of how to make long-term change by uncovering hidden obstacles to success while uncovering your personal strengths and how to empower yourself to harness your true potential. We will explore a variety of different ways to create a healthier lifestyle for you that fit your current goals by uncovering and leveraging your strengths.

$400/month for 3 months**

45 minutes a week

$1200 total investment

 

Committed to success 6 month program

Dedicated to making sustainable change, we will focus on different aspects of your current lifestyle and how to incorporate your goals into your daily routine. This may expand outside of dietary routines and include experimenting with things like water consumption, sleep habits, and identifying new ways to experiment with meeting your long-term wellness goals. We will start by creating a wellness vision and then work the steps to get you on the path to meeting your wellness goals.

$350/month for 6 months**

Plant-Based Focus:

Monthly program includes:

Comprehensive review and assessment of current eating habits and healthier alternatives. You will complete a questionnaire of foods that you currently consume, and we will work together to determine some different options that may fit in accordance to your flavor profile, budget, and available time.

  • Access to meal prep videos

  • Quick tips and tricks

  • Accountability calls

  • Weekly phone/video calls for support


Plant-Based Focus:

Kitchen and pantry walk- thru service

$200 (add-on to monthly program)

$250 (stand-alone service)

Designate a time to walk through your kitchen and determine what is healthy, understand labels, and brainstorm some healthier alternatives


Private Cooking Instruction

$200 in person (includes prep tips, cooking instruction for two meals, @ 60 minutes) or

$50 for Zoom instruction (20-30 minutes, one meal)

 

What you should know about my coaching style:

My style of coaching is a client-centered approach of dynamic collaboration and focuses on the strengths of the client. That means that we work together to identify strengths, values, and desires. We will also work on goal setting and identify how to leverage your strengths to facilitate your vision and transform your values and desires into actionable steps. Once accomplished, we will continue our work through the lens of supporting lasting change until you have created the consistency that you desire. 

I honor a space of inclusivity, compassion, and respect that is non-judgmental and supports of constructive feedback, positive reinforcement and support. I encourage trying things outside of your comfort zone and allow the freedom the make mistakes as we travel the path of evolving your goals into reality together

I WILL: coach you to better understand what your strengths are and help to provide a guide for you to best leverage these strengths to reach the goals that YOU have chosen.

I can provide support in health education, cooking and meal preparation education, when you feel it useful.

I will NOT tell you that you must give up anything. These are your decisions to make- it’s up to you to decide when to act and I will help to coach you along the way.

I want to help you enrich your life how YOU feel it’s necessary. I will NOT judge your decisions, no matter where you are in your journey. In the spirit of experimentation and evolution, we may discover some things work well and others do not. I offer a space that allows the freedom to try new things and if they don’t work, we learn from the experience and we brainstorm new ideas to define the best fit for YOU.

What do we do in the coaching sessions?

It’s up to you. You can come in with a set agenda or I will guide the conversation to help identify what is important to you in the moment. Is it trouble with adhering to the food choices? Or creating a meal plan? We will experiment with different ways to help you along your healthy lifestyle journey. Sometimes, we may uncover that your concerns over food are unrelated to food at all and we may explore new ways to overcome whatever obstacles you may face through healthy discussions, action plans, and accountability.
