Katrina, Owner
Certified Massage Therapist
Health and wellness is something that has always been important to me. I started my journey into holistic health back in 2001 and have been studying ever since. Blessed with amazing and well rounded instructors, I have practiced everything from Reflexology, Raindrop therapy, Lomi Lomi, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, Lymphatic Drainage and Pregnancy massage techniques.
I spent my first ten years working solely as a massage therapist in spa, fitness, and medical settings.
Throughout the years, I have worked in various environments from corporate to organic and nonprofit, but have stayed continuously learning and working in massage and the healing arts.
When I transitioned back into massage full-time from the corporate world, I pursued a degree in Clinical Nutrition and it is my hope to share my knowledge of leveraging food as medicine by teaching clients how to cook with whole foods in a plant-based model.
I have always loved holistic health and wellness and it energizes me to make a positive difference in the lives of people trying to manage their health, whether through massage, life coaching, or plant-based cooking instruction.
I have experience working on a wide range of clientele including marathon runners, cyclists, Olympic athletes, stay-at-home mothers, students, cancer patients, and more.
My priority is making each client feel like family in a comfortable, relaxed, environment that allows for your voice to be heard and your needs to be met.
