Best Guacamole Ever

3 avocados, pitted

1 red onion, diced

2 roma tomatoes, diced

3 garlic cloves, minced

1 jalapeno, de-seeded, diced

pinch of salt

1 lime, juiced

1 bunch of cilantro (optional)

1 generous pinch chili powder

In one bowl, add halved avocados to bowl and all remaining ingredients (save the lime and one of the avocado seeds for later)

Using a fork, gently mash the avocado mixture until well mixed. It’s up to you how much you want to mix this. I like to leave mine a little chunky.

Add the juice from the lime and season to taste, adding more salt or chili powder to your liking.

Serve with tortilla chips, or use to top burritos, tacos, and dips.

I like to prepare mine like quesadillas by adding mixture to the middle of lightly toasted flour tortillas on a skillet.
